Sporting a mischievous new look, framed by vaguely familiar braids, this time the infamous Umbra Witch will have to deal with a new threat, armed with her trusty pistols and the Time Sabbat, a technique that allows her to slow down time. Standing in her way are the homunculi, biological weapons created by humans.

Awaken Bayonetta’s darker side with Demonic Mimicry, a new technique that allows her to channel the power of the demon bound to her weapon to unleash spectacular moves and combos. You can also summon her favorite demons, such as Gomorrah, Malphas, and Phantasmaraneae, to unleash their hellish powers in the heat of combat or in new, colossal battles where you can control them directly.

Battle through the streets of Tokyo, the mountains of China, and more! Along your journey, you'll encounter multiple Bayonettas, each more fascinating than the last. You'll also be able to play as Viola, a spirited, sword-wielding witch's apprentice who fights alongside her moody demon companion, Cheshire.
