Pre-Order Policy
Games Time Aversa offers its customers the option to pre-order certain products, ensuring advance reservations before their official release. However, to ensure the service is transparent and efficient, it is important to review the following terms and conditions.
1. How the Pre-order Works
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a product before it becomes available on the market. The reservation is valid only after the order has been confirmed by Games Time Aversa and, if applicable, a deposit or full payment has been made.
2. Availability and Order Confirmation
While Games Time Aversa is committed to ensuring the availability of pre-ordered products, the actual quantity received depends solely on official suppliers and distributors. Therefore:
- Pre-ordering guarantees the reservation, but does not guarantee delivery of the product until final confirmation of availability.
- In the event of reductions in quantities supplied compared to those initially expected, Games Time Aversa cannot be held responsible for any order cancellations.
3. Priority in Order Fulfillment
Orders will be processed in chronological order. If the number of copies received is lower than requested, products will be assigned to customers based on their order date until supplies last.
4. Payment and Purchase Methods
Payment can be requested in full or in part at the time of booking. Payment terms vary depending on the product and will be clearly indicated at the time of pre-ordering.
- If payment is required in advance, the customer must complete the transaction within the established deadlines to guarantee the validity of the reservation.
- If payment is not made by the due date, the pre-order may be cancelled without notice.
4.1 Payment Method Validity Obligation
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the payment method entered is valid, not expired, and has sufficient funds at the time of order processing. In the event of an expired authorization or payment failure, Games Time Aversa reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.
5. Changes, Delays and Cancellations
Release and delivery dates for pre-ordered products are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice. Accordingly:
- Games Time Aversa is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by external factors.
- If a pre-ordered product undergoes a significant change (such as a change in content or availability), the customer will be promptly notified and will be able to choose whether to maintain or cancel the pre-order.
- If a pre-order is cancelled by the supplier or cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond Games Time Aversa's control, the customer will be refunded according to our refund policy.
6. Cancellation by the Customer
The customer can request to cancel their pre-order within a specified period of time, which varies depending on the product.
- Once this deadline has passed, cancellation may no longer be possible, unless otherwise specified for the individual product.
- If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be made according to the company's procedures.
7. Acceptance of the Terms
By placing a pre-order on Games Time Aversa, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions listed above. Therefore, please carefully review all product information and pre-order conditions before confirming your order.
