When he conceived the album “Ghettolimpo”, Mahmood chose that each song be associated with a character, that each song have a form that the eyes could look at, starting from Inuyasha, a clear tribute to Rumiko Takahashi. The next step was to create the story of all the songs of the album in the form of a comic, in collaboration with the Shockdom crew, one of the most avant-garde publishing houses in Italy, as well as the publisher of the magazine “Manga Vibe”, dedicated exclusively to Italian Manga. The volume, entirely edited by Mahmood, therefore involves some of the best young Italian comic artists and scriptwriters, offering a real visual journey into his soul.
