Set in Chicago, where a central computer network connects everything and everyone, Watch_Dogs addresses the impact of technology on our society. Using the city as a weapon, you will live a personal journey to bring justice on your terms.

Chicago's network is known as the Central Operating System (ctOS), and it controls the city's technology and information, including the personal data of all its residents.

You play as Aiden Pearce, a brilliant hacker and former criminal whose troubled past has led to family tragedy. In a quest to bring justice, you will control those around you by manipulating the ctOS from the palm of your hand. You will access omnipresent security cameras, download personal information to find targets, control traffic lights and public transportation to stop the enemy... and more.

The city is your weapon

Watch_Dogs takes place in a fully simulated city. Using Aiden's smartphone, you have real-time control of the city's infrastructure. Trap your enemy in chain crashes using traffic lights. Stop a train and climb aboard to escape the authorities. Avoid capture by raising a drawbridge at the last moment. Anything connected to the ctOS can be your weapon.

Street Justice

Living in the slums of Chicago, where violence begets more violence, Aiden has learned street fighting. Strike hard with your nightstick, or engage in thrilling gunfights, using physics that rival those of the best shooters. Throughout his adventure, Aiden will take on enemies using more than 30 traditional weapons.

Luckily, Aiden won't have to walk around Chicago. Ubisoft Montreal has teamed up with studios like Ubisoft Reflections, the acclaimed team behind the award-winning Driver series, to create a roster of vehicles that will deliver a thrilling driving experience. You'll get behind the wheel of over 65 cars, all with state-of-the-art physics and handling, to explore the intricate streets of Chicago.
