Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes brings together the creators of the historic Suikoden series and other famous games to create a beautiful adventure that breathes fresh air into the JRPG genre, with 2D pixel-art characters seamlessly integrated into a 3D CGI world. Our story begins in Allraan, a land born from the alliances and aggressions between humans, beastmen, elves, and the desert peoples who live there, using swords and magical items called "Rune Lenses." The Galdean Empire has gained an advantage over other nations by discovering a technology that amplifies the power of the Rune Lenses, and seeks out an artifact that will further increase their power. It is on one of these expeditions that Seign Kesling, a promising young imperial officer, and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet and become friends. And in the great forest, a young woman named Marisa keeps an eye on ancient ruins from the runic era…A twist of fate will soon drag them into the center of the war, and force them to reconsider everything they believe to be right and true.
