Return to Monkey Island

Return to Monkey Island, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, marks the unexpected and thrilling return of series creator Ron Gilbert, continuing the story of the legendary graphic adventures The Secret of Monkey Island and Monkey Island 2: LeChuck's Revenge. It's been many years since Guybrush Threepwood last faced his nemesis, the zombie pirate LeChuck, in a battle of wits and intellect. His long-time love Elaine Marley is no longer governor, and Guybrush himself is adrift, dissatisfied with never finding the secret of Monkey Island. A new crop of young and savvy pirate leaders, led by Captain Madison, has ousted the old guard, Mêlée Island has taken a turn for the worse, and famed entrepreneur Stan is in prison for "criminal marketing activities." Swap wits with old friends and new faces on familiar islands now ruled by dangerous new leaders. Then take to the sea and explore uncharted waters to escape difficult situations. Clever puzzles, bizarre circumstances, and devastating repartee stand between Guybrush and glory.
